Wine Industry Innovators

Wine Industry Innovators tests the hypothesis that in order for the wine industry to be more innovative we need time and space. We envisioned a space where wine professionals and forward-thinkers could come together to exchange ideas, collaborate, and spark meaningful innovation. Wine Industry Innovators is a dynamic community space designed to inspire action and drive positive change.

In our first module, we invited members to join us for “Innovation Practice”. Through practicing the skills of innovators: Associating, Observing, Questioning, Experimenting and Networking we believe we can inspire micro-innovations that will change the industry.

Clifton Strengths is a data driven tool to help uncover insights. This proprietary assessment from the Gallup organization helps individuals discover their unique strengths and unlock their potential.  Based on 50+ years of research, Gallup has mapped 34 strengths patterns; each strength is a composite of talents that uncover how an individual thinks, feels, and behaves.  The tool shines a light on each employee’s unique “operating system”. 

Take the assessment to unlock insights about your unique operating system and learn how to do more of what you love. We work with individuals to help them identify areas of flow and more effectively communicate and apply their strengths in impactful ways.

Teams thrive when they appreciate and recognize their unique strengths as well as the strengths of their colleagues.  A language of strengths significantly improves communication and helps promote empathy, understanding, and trust.  When employees know and use their top strengths, they are more productive and more engaged.
